SOB Labs is an independent consultancy working at the point where creative ambition meets physical technology. The work spans large-format LED and display, projection and spatial media, sensor-driven interaction, and the data layer that tells you whether any of it is doing its job.

The market is crowded and price-driven. Displays get imported from factories nobody has visited, integrators bid on incomplete drawings, and the client is left holding a system that technically matches the quote and completely misses the intent. I exist to close that gap.

I don't resell hardware, take supplier commissions, or carry a preferred vendor list. That independence is the whole product: when I recommend a display, a projector or a sensing approach, the only interest being served is the project's.
